How We Started?
Chinar Woods is Crafted by Mr. Sanjay Hiraskar & family.
By profession, he is an ardent builder. Constructing beautiful homes was his hobby. Being a hardcore wildlife photographer, a diehard nature lover and an ardent traveller, he visited more than 35 countries.
Due to diminishing greenery and increasing concrete jungles in the urban areas and vehicular pollution in the crowded cities, it had ill-effects on his health and further affected his mental and physical health.
He started hunting for a perfect destination where he can be close to nature. Visited many places in Maharashtra and finally his search ended when he visited Dapoli, a gateway of Konkan. He believes Dapoli is a place where you can enjoy the alluring beaches and the climate of a hill station.

Location
Though only six hours away from the hustle and bustle of Mumbai and four hours from Pune it hasn't lost its serenity. Sanjay decided to buy a plot and build his second home here. Started visiting the place on and off. Noticed many positive changes deep within him. He didn't want to be selfish. Thus, felt he should share his happiness with others. He had a sudden insight and I decided to build this hideaway in Dapoli named "Chinar Woods" which is now ready for you. He wants you all to come and experience the charming resort and enjoy the splendid nature around. It is his fervent appeal to you all to leave behind all your worries and tensions and visit Chinar Woods.
